Stimulus
– Event 7 resembles the “AG Chipper” from the 2019 Games
– The 14-15 and 50+ age groups did not perform this event then, but we will do a version of it today
– We’ve replaced bike erg calories from the original event with row calories in this one
– All athletes will complete the same number of calories
– We’ll have a 16 minute time cap for this event (4 minute per station average)
